In so far as it is possible to do this is my attempt at a manual for Debian - a flavor of the Linux operating system. It is in no way complete but it should I hope give some pointers to help you along the way. As ever your range of choices are on the left.

If you see any mistakes or omissions then please let me (doozer) know. Please note that I get more spam than you could shake a particularly large and well formed stick at and there is a chance that your mail will get lost in it. If you write and haven't had a reply in a month or so please resend the mail. I try very hard to reply to all mails that I get even if that reply is quite short.

Over the coming days (probably weeks due to work) I will be moving many pages into sub categories. This root category has simply grown too large to be easily navigable. I will be including redirects for the pages I move but please check your bookmarks.

I am also looking for contributors. If you fancy writing a help page for Debian that will likely be seen and read by thousands of people then drop me (doozer) a line.
