This is the final step for adding a reference. It allows you to add a description and a number of related images to the reference. None of the sections on this step are compulsory but we have found that the description is a very useful addition.
NOTE. The images you add to the reference can be either gif or jpeg.
NOTE. You must not breach copyright with the images you add to the reference.

Description
To add a description you simply type in the description box. The image below shows you a sample description added.

Adding an Image
To add an image press the "Add Image" button. This will cause a dialog similar to the one below to be displayed. In this window press the "Select Image" button to choose the image.

After pressing "Select Image" a box similar to the one below will be displayed. This is a file choosing box and will display the file hierarchy to you. Simply navigate to the file you wish to add highlight it with a single click and then press the "Open" button.

After you have chosen a file the file chooser dialog will disappear and the Add New Image dialog will look similar to the image below. Notice the the name the software has given the image is the same as the file. This is the name that will be associated with the image in the reference so if you want to change it do so now. Don't worry about removing the original image at a later date to keep things tidy the application will take a copy of the image and store that.

Complete
You have now completed all the information needed to add a new reference to the application. Notice that after adding an image a small version of the image is displayed for you. This is to allow you to quickly see which images you have already added to the reference. To remove an image highlight it in the list and press "Remove Image".

And Finally....
The last thing to do is commit the reference to the application to store it permanently. This is done simply by pressing the "Commit" button. Upon pressing the commit button there will be a slight pause and then the small dialog that can be seen in the image below will be displayed. This indicates the the reference was added correctly.
