Just when I thought we would never sell out house it’s sold. We have got an good offer of £245,000. I say a good offer not because the amount is good – I would have liked the full £250,000 – but because the person making the offer has cash! It’s time to get moving at last. As the person who wants to buy ours has cash we are probably going to have to move into storage for at least a little while. That’s going to be fairly expensive but it looks like there isn’t much option because we really don’t want to lose our buyer.

We’ve talked all about going to see some Dean Croft again this weekend. It looks like we won’t be able to go and see it again until a week Thursday. That is too long in my book. There are other people interested in the property (with good reason I feel) so we want to get a look as soon as possible. I’ve got to go down to Southampton on Friday to have a meeting and I will need to be down there on Monday as well as I have another meeting then.
