I first tried something like this at mum and dads, and I was taken immediately with the taste. This version is slightly different to theirs, but I must thank them for the inspiration. The quantities shown here serve 1.
Ingredients
- 1 measure Dark rum
- 2 measures Calvados (or other apple brandy)
- 4 measures Apple juice
- Cinnamon Stick
Method
- Mix all the ingredients together in a saucepan and heat gently for 5 minutes. Do not allow the mixture to boil.
- Pour into the serving glass and serve warm.
