Many thanks to everyone that has written offering their support. I didn't think any one would read this page but it is one of the most popular on the site now! I am sure you will all be happy to know that the letters have stopped coming. It looks like the one I received on the 23 August was just a mistake. One person that wrote suggested informing the TVLA that their implied right of access to the front door of the property was removed, apparently they have had some success with that tactic. They also mentioned that it may be possible to get an injunction against the TVLA for harassment. I would be interested to hear if anybody has managed this as I can't help feeling that the TVLA are somewhat above the law as they seem to exist at a level that is half way between a proper business and a government body.

I have a new fight now though, to stop national ID cards. I have a feeling that this one is going to be a long drawn out fight and a very bloody affair.
